We’ve called on Ryan twice for our air conditioning needs. Both times he was able to help us right away, he was timely, professional, and quite nice. He will be our ‘go to’ for any heating/cooling issues that come up in the future. We are completely satisfied.

Literally the best! No one wants to deal with hvac service or problems but Ryan makes it so painless. He’s done work on my house and rental. He was so affordable, fast, and straightforward. Even reached him on the weekend for an emergency and he fixed it free of charge (for a repair he had made previously, trying to diagnose a rare problem). He worked hard tracking down warranty info for me and very upfront about everything. I’m always surprised how affordable the bill is which is crazy these days!

We have used Ryan and Danielle for years and it’s been exceptional. Ryan does great work. He and Dustin recently replaced our forced air unit and installed several mini splits and did a fantastic job. They are knowledgeable and skilled. They paid attention to every detail. Very pleased with their work, they went above and beyond. In addition they are respectful and prompt. Danielle is very helpful and good with communication. Great company to work with!

The whole experience was great. Ryan was able come out same day. Diagnosed the problem and even saved us some money because of our warranty. Will have home back next spring for a service on the AC.

Always excellent. On time with text updates so you have an exact time of arrival. Profession, leaves the place immaculate and no BS as to what an issue is. Ie “well you’ll need a new 3000$ flux capacitor or the unit will blow up.” Non of that upsell nonsense. We and our neighbors use ONLY Sensei! Can’t sing his praises enough! 🤩🤩🤩

Communication was excellent. Our AC went out in the middle of the night. We called at 7:30 AM. They answered the phone and Ryan was here by 11 AM just as they promised. He explained everything that needed to be done and a timely manner took care of everything. he left everything clean and most importantly the AC working great!
